Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, plus any notes you send us.

We use this information to confirm orders, arrange delivery with our courier, and answer your questions. We never sell your details to anyone.

Order and account information is stored securely. Payments made in cash on delivery are handled by you and the courier — we never store card details.

If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, those platforms handle your message under their own privacy policies.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your details deleted, email threadofpakistan@gmail.com or call 0319 2048612.
