Return & Exchange Policy

• Tell us within 7 days of delivery if something is wrong with your bag.
• The bag must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge, including return delivery.
• Exchanges for a different design or size are welcome; you cover the return delivery cost.
• Custom-made and personalised bags cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
• Refunds, where agreed, are sent within 7 working days of us receiving the bag back.
